The Marriage Course
Marriage is not static – it is dynamic. We need to invest time in nurturing our marriages. The Marriage Course is designed for couples to learn how to nurture and invigorate their marriages. It encourages husband and wife to:
- listen and encourage one another
- affirm one another through positive communication
- resolve conflicts effectively
- forgive one another
- understand how our upbringing influences our relationship
- develop greater sexual intimacy
- understand the language of love
The best gift we can give our partner is to attend this course.
Course Structure
There will be 8 sessions covering various topics. Each session is about 1.5 hours long. We will need to adhere to safety measures. Therefore we will not provide dinner. As for the course itself, there is complete privacy. You do not need to share any of your conversations with others.

- Building Strong Foundations
- The Art of Communication
- Resolving Conflict
- The Power of Forgiveness
- The Impact of Family – Past and Present
- Good Sex
- Love in Action
- Celebrating our Marriage
We should be more intentional in our marriages and this programme shows us how to do it.
Many times, we don’t think twice about spending thousands of dollars for enrichment classes or months attending workplace courses. But we don’t invest in our most critical relationship.

Course Schedule
The Marriage Course will be conducted starting from 2 March 2021 in Hebron Church.
Schedule (Tuesdays, 7.30 – 9.30 pm): 2, 16, 30 March; 13, 27 April; 11, 25 May; 8 June
Please note that:
- Because of the pandemic safety measures, we will not be able to serve dinner.
- The course fee is $80 per couple.
