Sermon Series:

EXODUS

What can an ancient text like Exodus speak to the 21st century church? How can its message be relevant to the challenges of Christians in urban societies? Come and learn how the message of Moses’ second book applies to our circumstances and challenges our spiritual loyalties. May it deliver us from our own enslavement to sin, the flesh and the world as it confronts us with the choices that we must make.

In 2022, the preaching roster for the Hebron English congregation will focus on the book of Exodus.

BIBLE STUDY GUIDE ON EXODUS

This companion Bible study seeks to help Hebronites examine some of the issues in the texts to be preached as a preparation for receiving the sermons based on the designated texts each week.

Please use the English Standard Version (ESV) rendition of the English Bible for your study. Also please refer to to read the text of Exodus in a few other English renditions, such as the New International Version 2011 (NIV), New Living Translation (NLT), The Living Bible (TLB), New American Standard Bible (NASB), and even King James Version (KJV), and Young’s Literal Translation (YLT), to aid in your understanding.

You may do your study using the soft copy. If you prefer to use the hard copy, then you will need an exercise book for your answers.
