Ministry Worker for Youths & Young Adults

Are you passionate about guiding and mentoring young people in their faith journey? Do you have a heart for discipleship, teaching, and building a strong spiritual community? Hebron Bible-Presbyterian Church is looking for a Ministry Worker to serve and shepherd our youths (15–20 years old) and young adults (21–35 years old).

What You'll Do:

• Provide pastoral care through Bible reading, mentoring, teaching, and equipping.

• Plan and implement a curriculum for spiritual growth and leadership training.

• Oversee and nurture young adult small groups to ensure strong, Christ-centered communities.

• Recruit, train, and support volunteers to serve effectively in ministry.

• Collaborate with church leaders to coordinate ministries and facilitate smooth transitions.

• Handle administrative tasks such as event planning, budgeting, and communication.

Who We're Looking For:

• Someone who loves working with young people and has a passion for their spiritual growth.

• A team player who can work well with volunteers, parents, and church leaders.

• A leader who sets an example in faith, life, and ministry.

• Experience in youth and/or young adult ministry is a plus.

• Formal theological training (completed or in progress) from an accredited seminary.
